SS Residency
Seven twelve-storey blocks for the Rajasthan Housing Board.
SS Residency arranges seven blocks along a service road with the landscape held behind, so the public face is orderly and the amenity is protected. Repeating one block type seven times is what makes public housing of this scale deliverable without losing quality in the unit plan.
Built for the Rajasthan Housing Board, 7 lac sq.ft in seven blocks of twelve floors, with 168 flats (2 & 3 BHK) over basement and stilt parking. Amenities include a club house, swimming, gym, sports and spa.
