RUJ Woodcraft Factory
A three-storey furniture factory at Mahindra SEZ.
The RUJ Woodcraft factory presents a glazed office frontage to the approach and keeps the production volume behind it, so the building has a civic face without compromising the working plan or the yard it needs.
Built for the RUJ Foundation, Switzerland, on a 13,000 sq.m site, with 1,25,000 sq.ft of construction across three floors.
Nearing completion.
