Hotel at Kinshasa
A 105-key hotel over retail in Kinshasa.
An eleven-storey block that gives its lower three floors to shopping and food court and its upper six to hotel rooms. The sweeping canopy at the base is doing real work — it marks the hotel entrance clearly on a frontage that is otherwise given over to retail.
Built for Modern Construction Congo across 2 lac sq.ft and eleven floors, with 105 keys and two levels of basement parking.
