Hotel The Fern Residency

The Fern Residency concentrates its public life at the base and the roof — lobby and restaurant below, bar above — leaving the seven floors between as a quiet, efficient room plan. The rooftop bar is the project's best room, and the section was arranged to give it the view.

1,00,000 sq.ft across ten floors, with 91 keys on the seven upper floors and basement parking, at a cost of Rs 40 cr.

Completed.
