Residence for Mr. H.C. Jain

The house is spread low across its site rather than stacked, with deep eaves shading a long glazed garden elevation. On a plot this size the luxury is horizontal extent, and the plan uses it — rooms open sequentially onto the lawn instead of stacking around a stair.

Ajmer Road, Jaipur. Plot area 15,000 sq.m with approximately 25,000 sq.ft of construction.

Ongoing.
